Terms of use
The short version: HealthFlow helps you log and look after your wellbeing. It is not a doctor, and you stay in charge of your data.
Who can use it
You must be 16 or over and sign in with your own Google or Apple account. Keep your phone and watch locked; anyone who can open the app can see your entries.
Not medical advice
HealthFlow is a wellness app, not a medical device. Stress estimates, goals, routines and anything drafted by AI are general suggestions, not a diagnosis or treatment. Check with a doctor before starting a new training plan, especially if you have a health condition, and stop if something hurts.
Your content
What you log, and the pictures and videos you add to your own exercises, stay yours. You let HealthFlow store and show them to you only to provide the app. Only add pictures and videos you have the right to use, and nothing unlawful.
Your data
How HealthFlow handles your data, and your rights, are in the privacy notice. You can download or delete everything at any time; see Delete your account.
The service
HealthFlow is provided as it is, while it is being developed. Features can change, and the service can be interrupted or, with notice in the app, ended; you can always download your data first. Health Connect, Apple Health, Google Gemini and your watch are run by their makers under their own terms.
Fair use
Don’t try to break, overload or get around the security of the service, or access other people’s data. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, HealthFlow is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions you make based on what the app shows. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
Changes and contact
If these terms change in substance, the app tells you before they apply. Questions: privacy@healthflow.app.
